This Cilantro Lime Chicken packs a deliciously fresh, tangy, and garlicky punch that will have your taste-buds singing!
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup freshly chopped cilantro
- 2 air-chilled chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste

Start you grill and let it heat up
Add oil, lime juice, and maple syrup to a bowl and mix well with a spoon.
Peel the garlic cloves and grate them into the bowl with the maple syrup, lime juice, and oil.
Add in the cilantro and mix well.
Then add in the 2 air-chilled chicken breasts to the lime cilantro marinade, cover, and place in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Then, place marinated chicken breasts on hot grill and grill for 8-10 minutes. Brush on more of the marinade when the time is up and then, using tongs, flip the chicken breasts over to grill another 8-1 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165 degrees.
Remove chicken from grill and set aside to rest.
Enjoy with turmeric potatoes and an easy cucumber onion salad.
