A delicious, super thick, spiced smoothie that is a perfect blend of fruits and veggies!
- 2 cups of the Dole® Carrot Mango medley
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons dried pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons dried mango chunks
Get Recipe Ingredients
Add 2 cups of Dole® Carrot Mango medley into a Nutribullet
Add in 1/2 cup oats
Also, add 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
And a 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon along with
/4 teaspoon cardamom
/4 teaspoon cloves
/4 teaspoon ginger
Add 3 tablespoons of honey (you could add more or less according to how sweet you want yours) and blended everything up.
Divide this between 2 glasses
Then top the smoothie with shredded coconut and dried pineapple and mango chunks.
