Crispy on the outside and so creamy on the inside, these little pavlova are layered with Marie Callender’s® Double Chocolate Chip Loaf Cake, Reddi-Wip® Real Whipped Cream and a slew of berries for a delightful to-go treat!
- 4 egg whites
- 3/4 cup castor sugar
- 2 tsps cornflour
Get Recipe Ingredients
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Using a handheld electric mixer (or whisk) beat egg whites till stiff peaks barely form (don't over whip please).
Then, add in castor sugar, a 1/4 cup at a time and mix well.
Add in vinegar and cornflour and beat a little.
Spoon 2-3 tablespoonfuls onto a parchment lined baking tray and bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
Lower oven temperature to 250 and bake for another 45 minutes. When done, remove from oven and let cool. While pavlova are cooling, you can prepare Marie Callender’s® Double Chocolate Chip Loaf Cake according to package directions.
Then, when ready, serve pavlova layered with Marie Callender’s® Double Chocolate Chip Loaf Cake, Reddi-Wip® Real Whipped Cream, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries - in mason jars!
