Flaky and simply melt-in-your-mouth delicious, these yeast-free, Easy Cardamom Cinnamon Rolls are a cinch to whip up during these busy holiday mornings.
For Cardamom Cinnamon Rolls
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp each cardamom and cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 tbsp coconut oil or 5 tbsp butter
- 3/4 cup International Delight® Frosted Sugar Cookie Coffee Creamer
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
For the Cardamom Cinnamon Filling
- 2/3 cups brown sugar
- 3 tsps cinnamon
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 3 bsp butter melted
- 1/2 cup pecan pieces
For the icing
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp International Delight® Frosted Sugar Cookie Coffee Creamer
- 1/2 tsp white vinegar

Making the dough
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and cardamom together.
Add in the International Delight® Frosted Sugar Cookie Coffee Creamer, coconut oil or butter, almond and vanilla extracts and mix with a wooden spatula.
Then flour a surface and roll dough out onto that surface. Mix dough till all ingredients are well incorporated and dough easily comes together to form a ball.
Then, roll out dough using a rolling pin, till it is roughly 10 x 12 inches.
Add the filling
Brush dough with melted butter and sprinkle on the brown sugar, cinnamon and cardamom and pecan pieces.
Then roll dough firmly and cut into nine pieces.
Line a baking sheet with parchment and place Cardamom Cinnamon Rolls on it. Brush them with a tad more melted butter and bake for 30-35 minutes at 375 degrees.
When done, remove from the oven and let cool for about 5-10 minutes.
Then make icing by combining all the ingredients together till smooth and drizzle over warm Cardamom Cinnamon Rolls.
