This Eggless French Toast Recipe is a fuss-free one that results in a small batch of delicious French toast that is slightly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

  • Butter your slices of bread.
  • Add the almond milk, vanilla extract, almond extract, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves to a large flat container and mix well.
  • Add 1-2 tbsp oil to a pan and set it onto a stovetop set on medium heat/flame.
  • Then, dunk the buttered slices of bread into the spiced almond milk mixture.
  • Place two slices at a time into the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  • Flip and cook on the other side until it is golden too.
  • Repeat until all the slices are cooked.
  • Serve at room temperature with berries, maple syrup, and dusted with powdered sugar.
