Start your weekend with these healthier Flax Protein Waffles! Made with just 6 ingredients and zero flour or butter, they are the perfect protein-packed base for your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Vanilla Protein Powder (I used Premier Protein)
  • 1/2 cup ground flax
  • 1.5 cups Vanilla Protein Shake (add more according to consistency)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl, and mix well.
  • Heat up a waffle iron and ladle 3-4 tablespoons of mixture on it - let cook.
  • When done, enjoy with woodapple jam or syrup of your choice.
