Ever so tenderly spiced with cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger, these fluffy, easy Greek Yogurt Pancakes are made with my favorite Greek yogurt: FAGE!
- Oil to grease the pan
- ¼ cup almond flour
- ¾ cup gluten-free flour blend
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ginger
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom
- 1 egg
- 1 cup FAGE Total 5% Plain Greek Yogurt or your preferred %
- ½ cup water
Add the GF flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and sugar to a bowl and mix well.
Then add in the egg, water and FAGE Total Plain Greek Yogurt and gently fold in with a spoon.
Grease a frying pan with oil and place it over a medium heat stove-top.
Add 3-4 tablespoons of the batter onto the pan and let cook for 2-4 minutes on each side. Just remember that each stove-top is different and hence the pancakes will either cook fast or slow depending on stove-tops and environmental conditions.
Flip pancake and cook for 2-4 minutes on the other side as well.
When all pancakes are done (should have 4), top pancakes with Greek Yogurt topping made with ½ cup FAGE Total 5% Plain, ½ teaspoon cinnamon and 1 tablespoon maple syrup. Also add fruits that you like and enjoy!
