Add curry powder, smoked paprika, turmeric, Mazola corn oil, pepper, and salt to a bowl and mix well.
Then add in the apple sauce and coconut milk and mix into a thick paste.
Generously coat the chicken breasts with the apple sauce mix and place on hot grill. Grill for 5-8 minutes on each side or until thermometer reads 165 F.
Serve with cucumber ribbons and zucchini fries.
