Made with FAGE BestSelf Lactose-Free Greek Yogurt, ripe mangoes, a hint of cardamom, maple, and lime, this delicious mango smoothie is a sweet and tangy sip ~ akin to a mango lassi. It makes for a nutritious midday pick-me-up and even a refreshing after dinner treat.
- ½ cup FAGE BestSelf Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 1/2 ripe mangoes
- ¼ tsp cardamom
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Zest of ½ a lime
- 1/2 cup coconut milk or lactose-free milk
Get Recipe Ingredients
Add FAGE BestSelf Plain Greek Yogurt to a blender.
Cut 2 of the mangoes and scoop out the flesh and add it to the blender as well.
Add in the cardamom and carefully zest the lime and add it to the blender as well.
If your mangoes are not very ripe and sweet, add in the maple syrup. Also, add in the coconut milk and blend until creamy and smooth.
If you would like it thinner, add in more coconut milk.
Dice up the remaining ½ a mango and top the mango yogurt smoothie with the diced mango as well.
