This Indulgent Microwave Chocolate Caramel S’mores Trifle is an easy dessert you can make in just minutes without a fire pit. It captures all the classic campfire flavors — gooey marshmallows, melty chocolate, rich caramel, and crunchy graham crackers — in a fun trifle-style treat that’s perfect for weeknights, parties, or anytime you need a sweet fix.
- 1/4 cup dairy free milk
- 1 TBSP caramel syrup
- 1 TBSP chocolate syrup
- 3-4 graham crackers
- 12 mini marshmallows
- 4-5 Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Caramel Squares
I roughly broke up the graham crackers and layered them at the bottom of each trifle bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the milk, caramel syrup, and chocolate syrup. Drizzle 2–3 tablespoons over the graham crackers — this softens them slightly and adds creamy flavor.
Place one chocolate-caramel square on top of the graham cracker base. Add a layer of marshmallows. Microwave on high for 27–30 seconds, until the marshmallows puff and the chocolate begins to melt.
Remove from the microwave and top with another chocolate square and a marshmallow or cracker piece for presentation.
