Made with only 5 ingredients, this dairy-free Pineapple Spinach Smoothie is a refreshing and satisfying pick-me-up that is so easy to make to enjoy at any time of the day.
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or dairy-free milk of your choice
- 3/4 inch chunk of ginger
- 2-3 tbsp of maple syrup
- OPTIONAL: 2 or 3 ice cubes
Get Recipe Ingredients
Place the fresh baby spinach, pineapple chunks, and almond milk in a high-speed blender.
Using a small knife, remove the skin off the chunk of ginger. Then, add the ginger into the blender with the other ingredients.
Also, add in the maple syrup.
If using the ice cubes (to make the smoothie thicker) add these in now too.
Blend well until all ingredients are smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy.
