Made with only 5 ingredients, this dairy-free Pineapple Spinach Smoothie is a refreshing and satisfying pick-me-up that is so easy to make to enjoy at any time of the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or dairy-free milk of your choice
  • 3/4 inch chunk of ginger
  • 2-3 tbsp of maple syrup
  • OPTIONAL: 2 or 3 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place the fresh baby spinach, pineapple chunks, and almond milk in a high-speed blender.
  • Using a small knife, remove the skin off the chunk of ginger. Then, add the ginger into the blender with the other ingredients.
  • Also, add in the maple syrup.
  • If using the ice cubes (to make the smoothie thicker) add these in now too.
  • Blend well until all ingredients are smooth.
  • Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy.
