  • Add the milk to a large bowl.
  • Then add in the maples syrup, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, pumpkin spice, and mix well.
  • Then add in the chia seeds and mix well.
  • Pour into serving bowls and chill for 4 hours or overnight.
  • Serve the next day with a dollop of non-dairy whipped topping, a dash or cinnamon, and any other toppings like granola or nuts.
