This Easy Salmon Burger only calls for 6 ingredients that are probably lurking in your pantry – so grab ’em and let’s get a wholesome & tasty dinner on the table in 20 minutes – eh?
- 1.5 cups canned salmon
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/4 cup spinach roughly chopped
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp coriander
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt and pepper each
- Olive oil for sauteing the burgers

Add the canned salmon, almond meal, spinach, smoked paprika, coriander, eggs, salt and pepper to a bowl and mix till well combined.
Then, divide into 7 shapes and form into burgers.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan. Add burgers to the pan when oil is warm and let cook about 4-5 minutes over a medium flame. Then flip and lt cook another 4-5 minutes.
Serve with slider buns or with a sauteed green salad and sriracha on the side.
