Jazz up movie night with a Frozen Pizza loaded up with a Spicy Shrimp and Broccoli sauté!
Ingredients
2tbspolive oil
1yellow onion
1tspgrated fresh ginger
1lbshrimp
1tspsmoked paprika
1tspcoriander
¼tspturmeric
1tspchili flakes
1cupbroccoli
3tbspolives
½cupfrozen corn - thawed

Instructions
Peel and chop onion.
Add olive oil to a pan, place pan over medium heat. Then, add onion to pan and sauté onion for 15 minutes, stirring often, so onion slowly caramelizes.
While onion is sautéing, peel, clean, and de-vein the shrimp in-between stirring onion. Then set shrimp aside until onion is slightly caramelized.
Add in the grated ginger, shrimp, smoked paprika, coriander, turmeric, chili flakes, broccoli, olives, and corn and stir well, sautéing for about 4-5 minutes until shrimp has lost its translucence and is pink.
Preheat oven according to directions on Sprouts Grilled Vegetable Frozen Pizza. Remove pizza from box and plastic wrap and place pizza in the oven and bake for 8 minutes.
Carefully remove pizza from oven and place pizza on a tray. Top pizza with a little bit of the spicy shrimp and broccoli sauté and carefully return pizza back to the oven to bake for another 4-6 minutes.
Remove pizza from oven, cut into 6 portions and enjoy with a side salad or a side of the shrimp and broccoli sauté.
