With a gentle hint of rosemary and thyme, these Herbed Garlic Crackers contain no butter and contain flax and coconut oil in their nutrient-heavy, ingredient list.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Brown rice flour
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 clove garlic - smashed and chopped fine
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/8 tsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 5 tbsp coconut oil solid not melted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Add brown rice flour, flaxseed, and salt to a bowl and stir
  • Add in the coconut oil, water, garlic, rosemary, and thyme and mix well.
  • Form into a ball and using a rolling pin, roll out the dough pretty thin. Using a cookie cutter of your choice, cut into shapes or use a knife and cut into slices.
  • Place shapes on parchment lined baking tray and bake for 15 minutes
