You know you want these delicious, gluten free, Matcha & Banana Protein Crepes for breakfast tomorrow - psst, they are super easy to pull together!
Crepes
- 1 cup rice flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Premier Protein Bananas & Cream Shake
- 1/3 cup water
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons Matcha powder
Apple Pecan Filling
- 2 apples
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon almond
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
- pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons pecan pieces
- 1 tablespoon Premier Protein Bananas & Cream Shake
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Get Recipe Ingredients
Crepes
Add all the ingredients into a blender and whirl it on high for 15-20 seconds
Then pour a ladle-full onto a hot pan, swirl it around as best as you can and let cook for 2 minutes approximately, flip and let cook 30 seconds or so and slide off pan
Repeat till batter is over
Apple Pecan Filling
Peel apples and cube, then add to a saucepan with coconut oil
Add spices and brown sugar and let cook till apples are tender (10 minutes or so)
Add in Premier Protein Bananas and Cream shake and pecan pieces and fill crepe
