These Matcha and White Chocolate Protein Cups are a decadent treat for those special evenings when only chocolate will do - with the added oomph of protein and matcha!
Matcha Layer
- 2 oz White Chocolate
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/4 cup Premier Protein Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 teaspoon Matcha Powder
- 2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon roughly crushed pistachios
- 5 Silicone Cups
White Chocolate Layer
- 2 oz White Chocolate
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/4 cup Premier Protein Vanilla Protein Powder

Matcha Layer
Add the White Chocolate and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl and microwave on increments of 20 seconds, stirring and checking each time (it took me 2 x 20 seconds to melt the white chocolate and coconut oil)
Stir in the Premier Protein Vanilla Protein Powder and Matcha Powder
And then add the crushed pistachios and spoon into silicone cups
