Frozen moong beans, frozen banana and frozen grapes made this Moong Bean Shake super thick and delicious! It is just right amount of sweetness to give you an energy boost!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked and frozen moong beans
  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen grapes
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons honey - or more if you like a sweeter shake
  • 1/2 a frozen banana

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender
  • And blend on high till well incorporated
  • Enjoy!
