Juicy, sweet papaya and fresh ginger unite harmoniously in this dairy-free and delicious, 3-ingredient Papaya Ginger Smoothie.
- 1/2 ripe papaya about 3 cups
- 1- inch chunk of ginger about 2 tsp
- 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
- OPTIONAL: 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- OPTIONAL: mint sprigs
Get Recipe Ingredients
Cut the papaya in half, scoop out the seeds, and then scoop out the flesh from one half and add it to a blender.
Peel the skin off the chunk of ginger. Then add the chunk into the blender with the papaya.
Add in the almond milk or coconut milk.
If using maple syrup or a sweetener of your choice, add it now.
Blend until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Pour into glasses, top with some small pieces of chopped papaya and/or a mint spring and enjoy!
