Y'all have got to try these grain-free, butter-free, refined sugar-free Orange Cardamom Protein Muffins at least once because I'm sure y'all are gonna love them! They are perfect for breakfast or a snack after a workout!
- 1/2 cup Premier Protein Vanilla Protein powder
- 1/4 cup Coconut powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
- 4 tablespoons orange juice I used freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Premier Protein Vanilla Shake
- 1 tablespoon walnuts optional

Pre-heat your oven to 375
Grease your muffin trays with coconut oil
In a bowl, add the Premier Protein Powder, coconut powder and baking soda and stir together with a spoon
Then add in the orange zest, orange juice, eggs melted coconut oil, and Premier Protein Vanilla Shake and stir well
Spoon mix into 4 muffin cups and sprinkle with walnuts (if you prefer) and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Let cool and store in an airtight container.
