Add the protein powder, oats, almond butter, Premier Protein Vanilla Shake, coconut oil, and vanilla and peppermint extracts to a bowl and mix well so all ingredients are well incorporated.
Then add in the white chocolate pieces.
Roll into bite sized bites or balls, sprinkle with crushed up peppermints and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight
Notes
*Prep time is one hour and 5 minutes as that includes the refrigeration time too.
