Quick and Simple, Tofu saute with Peri-Peri, Kale & Mustard Seeds
- 1 packet firm tofu
- 1 onion chopped
- 1/2 inch piece of ginger chopped
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 2 cups kale
- 2 tablespoons Peri-Peri sauce
- 2 teaspoons mustard seeds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- chives to garnish
Get Recipe Ingredients
Add olive oil to a pan over medium heat, and let it heat up
Add onions, ginger, garlic and saute for about 15 minutes, stirring constantly
Add mustard seeds, tofu, and Peri-Peri and saute till tofu turns golden brown
Add the kale and let kale cook covered - about 2-3 minutes
Garnish with chives and enjoy either plain or with a side of bread &/or a salad
