This Dragon Fruit Mango Smoothie is a thick, creamy, and naturally sweet treat that tastes like a tropical vacation in a glass!

Ingredients

  • 1 Dragon fruit (peeled and cubed)
  • 1 mango (peeled and cubed)
  • 4-6 ice cubes
  • 3 tablespoons raw cane sugar or honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optoional)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 a scoop vanilla protein powder of your choice (optional)

Instructions

  • Peel and chop the dragon fruit and mango.
  • Add chopped dragon fruit, chopped mango, ice, sweetener, vanilla, and almond milk to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Pro Tip: For an extra thick texture, freeze your fruit ahead of time or add a scoop of Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt.
