- • 2 tbsp oil
- • 1 red onion peeled & chopped
- • 3 cloves garlic peeled & chopped
- • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- • 2 ½ cups cleaned and chopped Brussels Sprouts
- • 1 Lucy Glo Apple washed and chopped
- • Salt and pepper to taste
- • Parsley and chili flakes for garnish
Get Recipe Ingredients
Add oil to a pan and then add in chopped onion. Sauté onion for 7-8 minutes over medium flame/heat, stirring often so it doesn’t burn.
Add in ginger and garlic and saute another 2 minutes or so.
Add in the chopped Brussels Sprouts and lemon juice and sauté about 5-7 minutes. Give the Brussels Sprouts/onion mixture a good stir and toss in the chopped Lucy Glo apple and saute another 2 minutes.
Turn off the stove, season the Sautéed Brussels Sprouts And Apple Salad with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with chopped fresh parsley and chili flakes and enjoy.
