These Sous Vide Chili Chicken Breasts are sinfully tender and so flavorful ~ they make low-carb eating so easy and enjoyable.
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp curry powder
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp ancho chili powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 chicken breasts

Add all the spices to a bowl and mix well
Remove the chicken breasts from the plastic container/wrap they are in and rub them with the mixture.
Using the FoodSaver®, seal the end of a FoodSaver® Bag. Then cut the FoodSaver® Bag. Prepare two bags like this.
Place the chili chicken breasts in each of the FoodSaver® Bags and using the FoodSaver® vacuum seal the chicken.
Then place chicken in a pot of hot water and cook the chicken at 145 degrees for 1 3/4 hours to 2 hours.
Remove from the bag, let rest on a board or plate for 5 minutes before enjoying.
