- 1/2 pack MorningStar Farms® Grillers® Crumbles™
- 1 yellow onion chopped
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tsps chili flakes
- 2 tsps dried parsley or 4 tsps fresh parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 sweet peppers

Add olive oil to a pan over a medium flame and when warm, add in the onions and stir onions till they become almost translucent (about 7-10 minutes)
Add in the ginger at this point, along with the MorningStar Farms® Grillers® Crumbles™ and garam masala and let saute - stirring till MorningStar Farms® Grillers® Crumbles™ are well cooked. I like to get them just a tad bit browned - but that's just my personal preference.
Add in the chili flakes and parsley, season with salt and pepper and stuff into sweet peppers and enjoy as is or with your favorite guacamole.
