These turmeric and garam masala spiced pork chops are so full of flavor - and with a tad bit of chili and honey - they are what you need for dinner tonight!
- 2 Smithfield All Natural Bone-in Pork Chops
- 3 tablespoons garam masala
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder optional - leave out if you'd prefer your pork chops milder
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Olive oil

Prep your charcoal grill
Add garam masala, turmeric, Himalayan salt, and chili powder to a plate and mix it well
Add the pork chops to the plate
Using a fork, pierce the chops
Then press the dry rub into the pork chops on either side
Brush with olive oil and set on grill.
Grill for 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip over and grill for 4-5 minutes on the other side
Remove from the grill
Brush with honey and enjoy
