These turmeric and garam masala spiced pork chops are so full of flavor - and with a tad bit of chili and honey - they are what you need for dinner tonight!

Ingredients

  • 2 Smithfield All Natural Bone-in Pork Chops
  • 3 tablespoons garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder optional - leave out if you'd prefer your pork chops milder
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Prep your charcoal grill
  • Add garam masala, turmeric, Himalayan salt, and chili powder to a plate and mix it well
  • Add the pork chops to the plate
  • Using a fork, pierce the chops
  • Then press the dry rub into the pork chops on either side
  • Brush with olive oil and set on grill.
  • Grill for 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip over and grill for 4-5 minutes on the other side
  • Remove from the grill
  • Brush with honey and enjoy
