Za’atar flavored roasted veggies are piled onto deliciously crunchy crackers, along with some apple chutney and cheese for a snack your whole family is sure to love.
Ingredients
1carrot
1Parsnip
1cupbroccoli florets
1cupRomanesco
1golden beet
1orange bell pepper
1yellow bell pepper
2tspza'atar
Cooking spray
salt and pepper to taste
To serve
apple chutney
Crunchmaster® Multi-Grain 5-Seed crackers
pomegranate arils
Cheese variety
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Peel veggies like carrots, parsnip, beet and slice them.
Chop the broccoli, Romanesco, and bell peppers as well
Place carrots, parsnips, beet, broccoli, and romanesco on a baking tray.
Spray with cooking spray
Sprinkle with 1 tsp of Za'atar.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and place bell peppers on the tray. Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle on the remaining za'atar.
Place back in the 375-degree oven for 10-15 more minutes.
Remove from oven and season with salt and pepper.
To serve:
Layer Crunchmaster® Multi-Grain 5-Seed crackers with cheese, za'atar roasted veggies, a dollop of apple chutney, and some pomegranate arils.
