  2. Ooh, I bet this makes the house smell amazing while it is in the oven. Such an incredible fall/winter dessert. That apple blueberry granola on top sounds perfect.

  3. We love crumbles and Bob’s Red Mill Apple Blueberry Crumble looks like the perfect topping! This is real comfort food. And don’t worry, I’m still not quite finished my shopping either!

  4. What a great use of Bob’s Red Mill granola! ๐Ÿ™‚ I love their granola, and it’s my go-to whenever I run out of time to make my own version. I also happen to love cooked apples, so this combo sounds like my happy place. I can totally understand why you haven’t gone shopping yet. I kinda want to just sit down with this skillet, a spoon and the tv. Is that allowed? Also, cravalicious is now a word! I love it!

  5. Love these one pan little desserts that you can serve straight from oven to table. Making an apple pie and a lattice top crust is lots of work , love the idea of a granola crumble instead. Sharing and Pinned!

  6. Hard to believe Christmas is almost here! I gotta get in gear. ๐Ÿ™‚ But first, I should make this — love a crumble. This looks delish — thanks. BTW, I’m taking off the rest of the year, so I’d like to wish you happy holidays!

  7. Dear Shashi, I love how you dressed up the granola…this is a perfectly easy and delicious treat for the morning and for night. I need more guilt-free ideas like this especially around the holidays! It is cravelisious indeed- that’s my word of the day ๐Ÿ˜‰ xoxo, Catherine

  8. Ummmm don’t tell anyone, but I haven’t bought any Christmas gifts yet either! I always wait until the last minute and then promise myself next year I won’t procrastinate, but I just end up procrastinating again. It’s a sick cycle. ๐Ÿ˜‰ Anyways, I am MUCH more of a crumble girl than a pie girl, so this apple granola crumble is calling my name!! Love the Apple Blueberry Granola you used here!! Bob’s Red Mill is the best! Cheers, dear!

  9. First of all, major props for the use of “cravalicious” – I bet there’s some sort of dictionary somewhere that considers it a word. ๐Ÿ™‚ I LOVE pie, but not as much as I love how stinkin’ easy a crumble is! And what a great use of granola, this is such a great idea! XOXO

  10. I’m all for making “cravalicious” a word! That’s the perfect word to describe this! Looks so delicious! Pass me a bowl and spoon and I’ll be a happy girl! ๐Ÿ˜‰

  11. Ahhh, crumbles! My wits crumble, and my knees crumble a bit at the sight of this apple granola crumble, too ๐Ÿ˜‰ seriously, you’re got this one in the bag. And GF, even? Where do I sign up? xo

  12. Apple crumble is a huge favourite of ours and I love how you’ve made this into a delicious granola apple crumble!

And, I seriously hope that I get the skillet that I’ve been asking for, for every year for Christmas for the last few years. Lol.

I mean I know I could make this in a greased baking tray as your recipe suggests Shashi, but I want to make it in a skillet cause then it’ll look just like yours!

Yours dreaming of a skillet for Christmas.

  13. Cravalicious!!! I love that new word you coined. I might even steal it. With proper credit of course. Loving this skilletful of delicious!!! I really enjoy using Bob’s Red Mill products, we can get them at the grocery stores and also a store called Ocean State Job Lot – (A ref. to the “Ocean State” which is Rhode Island of course and the state of my birth!!!!) I love your apple granola crumble and I would love to have some for breakfast! Have an awesome weekend my friend. XO
