What does being dairy-free mean?

Being Dairy-free means avoiding products with animal milk. Ice cream, cream cheese, heavy cream, and more fall under that category. For some people, products containing animal milk can cause gastrointestinal issues that range from mild to severe. Replacing these products with nut milk or soy milk and plant-based cream cheese, whipping coconut milk, etc, seems to alleviate symptoms.

Are eggs Dairy-free?

I have been asked this question many times. Eggs are dairy-free. They are high in protein and fit well into a dairy-free diet.
