How do you enjoy Host Defense Complete Calm Powder?
You can add Host Defense Complete Calm Powder to your morning bowl of oatmeal, to a smoothie, to soup, to no-bake snack bites, and even to rich, delicious drinks like this Spiced White Hot Chocolate.
I made two large mugs of this Spiced White Hot Chocolate as a treat to unwind with after a crazy week. My daughter and I recently moved into a delightful house in Covington (Georgia) ~ that is a bit of a fixer upper.
We thought we had had most of the major fixing up done before we moved. But, last week our plumbing woes resulted in a replacement of the main water and drain lines to and from the house.
But, that’s not all… also last week, we were supposed to close on the house we used to live in in Athens – buuuuuttt… the closing didn’t happen.
Buying one house and selling another has always carried a bit of stress for me. But, buying a fixer upper, trying to fix it up as we move into it, while selling another, threatens my emotional wellness in a big way!
I am a huge advocate of natural vitamins, herbs, and supplements to help me with whatever ails me, and so I am glad to have found Host Defense Complete Calm Powder. That night, after my large mug of Spiced White Hot Chocolate, I got some of the best sleep of 2020!

Sorry to hear of your woes with the house you’ve moved into and the closing on your previous house not happening. What a nightmare! Definitely get yourself a mug of this everyday Shashi to help alleviate all that stress you must be going through. I looks and sounds delicious! Take care of yourself. ๐
That calming powder is super interesting – I’ve never come across anything like that! After 2020, I could use a whole case of that stuff. ๐ I love the idea of mixing it into a spiced white chocolate – talk about an awesome comfort food right there. Can I add a splash of bourbon to mine? And sorry to hear about the house buying woes. You know, there’s still a house around the corner here for sale…just sayin’…haha!
