  1. These are the cutest, Shashi, with the little hearts on there! Definitely a good reminder to always eat heart healthy foods….love it! And any excuse to have a cookie for breakfast sounds good to me. Love that there’s no added sugar in these and I can actually eat a whole bunch without feeling blah. High five, my friend! Happy Monday ๐Ÿ™‚ XO

  2. Haha! What a fun way to remember to keep feeding your heart good stuff! I can’t say I’ve ever baked with hemp, but I totally want to give it a shot. I’ve heard all sorts of good things about it in terms of health benefits. And I gotta say that Lil Shashi killed it with the red fondant decorations here. The pop of color is perfect! ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. These cookies look and sound utterly delicious and dangerous, Shashi! Why dangerous? Cause every time when nut butter being involved, I cannot control myself. Like a week ago we bought to try a jar of mixed nuts and seeds butter (cashews, pecans, almonds, Brazil nuts, flax seeds, etc) and you cannot imagine how delicious it turned out! Needless to say it’s almost gone. Uppps. I’ve had just a couple of spoons:) I swear! Anyway. The bottom line is when (note I’m not saying “if”) you’re shipping me these cookies, please pack just a few of them (like 7 or 10). Thanks for your consideration:)

  4. PQRST…PQRST.. your daughter will know what that is… right? Is she applying to med school? Love your healthy enough to eat cookies for breakfast cookies. Always so delicious. Pinning for sure!

  5. Dear Shashi — SO CLEVER!!! I have never used hemp hearts and love learning ways to healthy-fy — as you say!!! Hope all is well my friend – I have tasted your cookies and they are DEEE-LISH, and so hoping to try these ones soon. XOXO
