  1. Thank you for the lovely and interesting recipe! I didn’t have purple sweet potatoes, so I just used a regular sweet potato, and they turned out marvelous. I managed to make 18 smaller truffles, and my children gobbled them up before I could put the plate down on the table. Thank you again!

  3. I can’t believe these are only 3 ingredients! Kudos for taking a quick afternoon snack and figuring out how to turn it into something that looks like it came from a fancy bakery in downtown ATL! Come to think of it, I don’t think I’ve cooked much with purple sweet potatoes. I clearly need to start!

  7. I was skeptical about the combination of these 3 ingredients, but I was so surprised how well these tasted. There were none leftover to store. Next time I will have to double or triple this recipe.
