    1. Thanks so much Selena – I am usually skeptical of protein bars too – but that doesn’t stop me from trying different ones as sometimes I am too busy to grab a real lunch. Premier Protein bars are some of my favs!

  41. Ice cream for breakfast??? Well that sounds like a fantastic idea!! This reminds me so much of a cinnamon ice cream with oatmeal cookies that I used to eat allll the time in college! Love it!

    1. Cinnamon Ice Cream with Oatmeal Cookies??? Where did you go to college??? NC isn’t too far a drive from Georgia…I would so love to try some! This ice cream was inspired by one I had in NYC – a cinnamon brown sugar ice cream with oatmeal lace cookies – just so indescribably good!
      BTW – Thanks bunches Ashley!

    1. Thanks so much Bobbie! I love your support of my ice cream for breakfast endeavor! Yes – this had a very interesting texture from the oats and the bits of Premier Protein bar – Next time you are in the US, I’ll send you some!

  48. Cinnamon oatmeal ice cream?! I mean oatmeal?! Really? I’ve checked the list of the ingredients. Twice:) I wasn’t mistaken! You weren’t mistaken either:) I love to add cinnamon in ice cream, but I’ve never heard of incorporating oatmeal. I would have never though about that. That’s so intriguing. And sounds fabulous. Well, I’ve grabbed my large spoon, and I’ve ready to participate:)

    1. Haha! Ben, this was actually inspired by a FUREALZ ice cream I had in New York – it was a cinnamon brown sugar ice cream that had chunks of oatmeal lace cookies in it – it was intoxicating to me as I simply LOVE oats and cinnamon (as much as I love chocolate and nutbutters) so I tried to replicate it – I didn’t want to add oatmeal cookies so I just added oats and boyoboy was this good – good enough for breakfast 😉
