  7. eeeeee I squealed when I saw this on my feed. GENIUS! As for going GF, I had a crash-and-burn experience my first few times making cookies (soooo gummy textured), but I’m starting to love it more. Love these biscuits!!

I guess you’re capable of combining all possible combos in all possible (and sometimes impossible) textures and flavors and making sensational food like these biscuits! Well done!

This recipe is indeed proof of why you should stick to something and try, try again until you get it right! In fact, these biscuits are something akin to the Little Engine That Could of biscuits. 🙂

    Your biscuits / cookies sound wonderful…what a great idea! I had no idea about the bean recommendation…we are getting that and then some! We love hummus here and eat it all the time. When I don’t make it myself, Sabra is our go-to brand.
