Sugar Free

As a prior dessert addict, I find it hard to believe that I went on a 2-month refined sugar fast. I cut out refined sugar completely, snacking on these mocha bites and these orange cardamom bites to quell my sugar cravings. However, when the 2 months were up, I had a new found appreciation for desserts. I felt I could enjoy them in moderation, without that insatiable craving I carried around with me for years.

These days, I find myself making and enjoying sugar-free treats from time to time. This collection consists of recipes for bars, cakes, cookies, and more that are refined sugar-free.
