  1. Interesting note about the cinnamon – I’m intrigued! I know cinnamon is used in many savory dishes (thinking Cincinnati Chili off the top of my head), but I don’t use it often in savory cooking myself. (Sweet? That’s a different story!) This sounds like the perfect meal for these chilly days!

    I used some leftover cooked turkey to make this chili and it turned out so chunky. We loved this recipe and I am going to make this again.

  5. I used vegetable stock and added in some frozen peas and this worked great,
