I agree that butter does make everything better – that is why I’m not a vegan – I could live without meat but I couldn’t give up butter! xx

  8. hahaha oh my gosh I love this! At first I was like huh? What’s that mean?? And then I kept reading and I just love the idea. And seeing as how I seem to buy beets like crazy lately, I’m looking forward to all the recipes! (this coming from the person who has two huge containers of roasted beets and a container of beet hummus because I had no idea what to do with it all this weekend haha)
