  1. Really good, thank you. I ground the oats and hemp seeds into a fine powder for nice smooth pancakes. Added a lil extra honey and some vanilla extract. Kids gobbled them up with raspberry jam. Love using oats in pancakes to fill them up longer and the hemp gives an added boost

  4. These pancakes look so light and fluffy I could swear they must have all those ingredients you listed that we traditionally use to make pancakes that aren’t there. These would be a wonderful start to the day. Lovely to be reconnected with you again xx

  6. I love the idea of these pancakes! They look amazing! I was wondering though, my son has an egg allergy would substituting with Flax Egg work? Or is there something else that may work better??

    1. Hi Lynn, Thanks so much for the kind words! I haven’t ever tried making these with a flax egg – I need to try for sure – I don’t see why it won’t work – if you truy it I’d love to know how it turns out, please.

  7. These look amazing!!! So fluffy and cakey… excuse me while I wipe the drool off my keyboard….. Okay – Can’t wait to make these!

  8. Yeah I used to make more pancakes in my kitchen but somehow… well looks like I ought to start again soon because this looks absolutly lip smacking good.

  9. There’s a threshold into healthy cooking that includes flaxseed, hempseed, and even whole wheat flour, that I’ve yet to cross. I have to be cautious with recipes, because one of my kids has a peanut allergy. These wouldn’t be a go for us then, but, others like it … might help me past that threshold.

    1. I think maybe you could substitute Sunbutter – which is peanut free – maybe that would help? Or even yogurt? I hope you get past your threshold – thanks so much for visiting and commenting.

  10. Hiding healthy things in our kids pancakes and cupcakes is brilliant. Deliciously nutty and I am sure a little heavier than a regular pancake might keep my teenagers out of my hair for the whole morning…
