  4. So much Yaaaaaaaassss to this pudding, Shashi!!! I am absolutely swooning over the green color!!! But, much like you, I probably would have given it a suspicious look when I was younger!   6. Avocados do make a great pudding base seeing as they’re so rich and creamy! I made a chocolate avocado pudding once, and it was some of the most decadent pudding I’ve ever had! Love this simple lemon version. 🙂

  7. Shashi, this truly IS a bowl of bliss! So healthy, too. I love everything avos and I always have almond milk on hand. Love that there is a squeeze of lemon. Could probably do part lime juice as I have a bunch of them in a big ol’ bowl right now. Cannot wait to make this! Thanks for sharing, girl! And, have a wonderful summer weekend! xo
