  2. Ah, lil Shashi! I love the walk & talks. I used to have a neighbor in Baton Rouge who would do walk & talks with me. We’d usually talk about our dating lives…or lack thereof…but it was still venting in a way. And I have such fond memories of those walk & talks! This drink sounds amazing, my friend. I love how easy it is to make, too. I’m thinking mix one of these bad boys up in a tumbler and take it with me on the next walk & talk! ๐Ÿ™‚ Have a great weekend, both of you!

  3. Walking is probably my favourite thing to do EVER, so I’d definitely choose to walk to 5 miles… especially if I was in a place like NYC where there’s so much to look at. Heck, even if I wasn’t… I love walking. I’ve actually gotten into the habit of walking on the treadmill while I’m working on the computer to prevent myself from s sitting s much for long periods of time. And I’ve gotta say… I can’t believe how much better I feel since I started!

  4. I love this idea! My kids love to walk (and run) but it might be a great idea to start this one-on-one so that they can vent and just chatter on about their day without a sibling interrupting them! This drink looks so delicious and a perfect way to end a great walk! #client

  6. There’s nothing quite like a run to de-stress! I’m personally a fan of swimming–there’s just something about the lack of noise and nothing to focus on but the water that calms me every time. And I seriously LOVE the idea of this drink–how creative! I might need to try it right now–I’m recovering from a cold and have so much Emergen-C around ๐Ÿ™‚

  8. Mmmm… this looks like a great and refreshing raspberry smoothie and all that vitamin C!!! So good for you. So, for the record, I’d rather walk. But time often prevents that. I especially like walking on the beach. My fave place to walk of all time. My sister-in-law just got a beach house about 45 min. away on Old Salisbury Beach and I am SO excited, visited it Friday for the first time. Spending Columbus Day weekend there and planning lots of beach walks (hope the snow isn’t flying yet…you just never know around here) and you got me thinking about it already!!! Hope you and G are having a fabulous weekend. XO
