BTW, I made your chocolate mug cake today, I didn’t have coconut flour so I used 1 tbsp tapioca flour and 1 tbsp oat flour and lady – they turned out so good! I planned on taking a picture and tagging you – but geewhiz – my daughter and I took a taste and couldn’t stop! Thanks so much for that recipe!

  7. Love this simple and delicious vegetarian recipe. Do you have any reccs for an egg substitute in order to keep it vegan as well?

    1. Thanks so much Felicia!
Well, I know some other bloggers use a “flax egg” which is 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed mixed with 3 tablespoons of water….I haven’t tried using flax eggs in burgers, so I am not sure how the end result would be…I am so sorry, but other subs totally evade me right now…

  8. I will have to check out those Foodscapes — they sound so interesting! Love how simple and flavorful these burgers are!

And I’m also thinking about that yummy pineapple mango sauce too. Lots “on my plate” to think about this morning….Salami Mountain, Onion Taj Mahal and Tomato Chickpea Burgers…the Seven Wonders of the Food World…
