  1. That’s a rgeat movie night snack idea I hadn’t tried before. It looks simple enough and doesn’t seem to take up too much time.
    Yeah I am in awe too when I see or hear about people who suffered but are standing strong. Sometimes we all forget how human we are and that standing on our feet after a traumatic event isn’t that easy.

    1. Thanks so much Sonali – those wasabi soy sauce almonds had an incredible kick – I used the smokehouse to tone them down some and they balanced each other out 🙂

  7. Shashi, I hadn’t read that story before. . I love inspirational real life stories like that! and love using different things to coat and bread chicken. . love this!! Wow, I’ve got to try the Blue Diamond Wasabi and Soy Sauce Almonds!!! yummmmm!!

  9. These look amaaaaazing, Shashi! And I love the delicious simplicity of them! I’ve only ever tried coating chicken with almonds once, but it was the bomb.com (I can’t believe I just said that…) I used regular almonds, so I imagine that the flavoured almonds would make things even more delicious. And your recent egg-less debacle sounds like the situation I’ve got going on right now 😉
