  2. Well I missed it the first go around, so I’m sure glad you re-posted. This is such a wonderful fusion of flavors. I can’t wait to give it a try (using butternut squash puree). I might just toast up some spicy squash seeds to put on the top.

  3. Shashi, I love a simple pumpkin pasta! I feel your pain on the to-do lists. I love making them but I can’t say that I’m the best at keeping up with all of them. Also… now I want to go to North Georgia to do some apple picking this weekend!

  4. I like having to-do lists and using a planner, but what I don’t like is sometimes my lists are ALLLLLL over the place. Little notes here, little notes there. And then when I finally think I’m organized….BOOM! Messy again, lol. Anywho – this pasta! Love pumpkin and lot coconut so what a lovely pairing! And perfect for meatless Monday…or any day of the week if you ask me! Looks creamy dreamy and straight up delish, my friend 🙂 XOXO

  5. Great spices for this dish! The little bowl of crushed pepper makes it. And don’t worry about kids eating at college, they forget everything you taught them for a while, but they come back around :).
