  1. “par-anoid”…LOL!! I love it. I also love your use of the SunnyD in these pancakes- so creative and I’m sure so delicious!

  2. I love how creative this is! 😀 I never would’ve thought to put SunnyD in pancakes, but it sounds so good! :D! Pancakes are wonderful, and they look so good drizzled in peanut butter! <3

  3. I would have never thought to add Sunny-D to pancakes — genius! I’ve only had it on a few occasions growing up, but I definitely had a thing for anything orange flavoured. And you know what would take these to the next level? Chocolate chips. There’s something about the chocolate orange combo that’s just out.of.this.world.

  4. I always like to honor my 6 year old self! And pancakes is a wonderful way to do it — they were one of my favorite foods then, and still are. And they’re great served with juice! This post is a winner in so many ways — thanks.

  5. LOL this reminds me of my son’s first ‘big words’ lesson at school. He came home and his sister was just an infant and I watched as he ran over to her swing and said, “Kathy, I need to teach you a new word. It has syllables.” (not noting that that was a compound word nor the fact that she was still trying to lift her head on her own)

    “Diarrhea”

    Then he burst into laughter.

    Boys.

He would have loved these banana pancakes and the juice.

  6. There are some things you share, and then there are some things you just don’t. I think these pancakes might be the latter for me…how could I part with any of them?!

  7. Can I just point out that you were raised on pancakes filled with coconut and cardamom? You were destined to be a foodie blogger! It was in your genes. Haha! But I’m totally digging this version with SunnyD in the batter. I’ve been craving breakfast foods lately, so I might just need to pull one of those breakfast-for-dinner nights soon!
