  1. These look wonderful. What
Is the sauce in the picture? And do they reheat well? Are they good cold? I need to bring an appetizer but have to travel for 45 minutes to get there.

    1. Hey Ann, that sauce is plain old sambal oelek. Yes, they do store and reheat well – I just popped leftovers in the oven (350) for about 10-12 minutes the next day – made them a bit more firm too. Thanks so much for stopping by and commenting. Hope you and your family enjoy these and have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

  2. I completely agree, sometimes it’s nice not to have to share (just don’t tell my mom I said that). Sometimes I’ll bring a dish that just my family (or even just I ) like happily knowing that there’ll be plenty of leftovers. These bites sound so flavorful and tasty, Shashi!

  3. Okay, these are awesome. I’ve never even thought to do an appetizer like this with squash, but it’s genius! Such a cool way to spice things up. Yum!

  4. Unfortunately, as far as desserts go, my children all like my preferences…ugh. I never get the last slice …or the first. If im lucky, I may get a sliver of in between. Don’t invite me to your house, your daughter will have to share her pie with me!
