  1. This is seriously just insane! Acorn squash in brownies…I am skeptical but judging by the pictures and the ingredient list I am VERY intrigued! THese have been pinned and will def be satisfying my next bronwie craving 🙂 SO creative!

  2. Awesome! I had some paleo brownies the other day and they weren’t as dense as what I would consider a brownie. Sounds like these fall into the same category, and perhaps you correctly call them bars, not brownies. The squash is pretty funky, great idea!

  3. I’m all for sneaking veggies in treats, except for beets. Because sneaking beets into well, anything is a cruel thing to do… 😉
