  4. I love how they look and sound, absolutely yummy. I agree, after baking for years, we learn a little here and there, small things make such a difference.
    My boys are home now and I’m constantly baking with them, this would be a good one. In fact, I like gluten free ones, they are so much more healthier and filling.

  5. I was always so distrustful of oatmeal raisin cookies for looking like chocolate chip cookies… but now I love oatmeal! I haven’t had an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie in so long but love how healthy these guys are… Luckily it isn’t too hot in SF to turn on the oven!

      Cassie – it’s in the high 90’s here and I am still baking – nothing like a homemade cookie!

  6. Shashi, these cookies look sooooooooo good!!!! love that they are GF!!! I think when I come off of the Whole30, I am definitely going to do less gluten when I incorporate foods back into my diet. . love these cookies! Wish I could have one now!
