  3. I’ve never had jalapeno stuffed with any type of fish or seafood. I love this idea and these look wonderful! Definitely need to give them a try!

    My little one loves tuna so much, he put it on everything. I’ve eaten something like this a long time ago, need to make it. Looks so so good.

  7. This is going to sound crazy, but I’m missing tuna so much. I haven’t been able to find it here 🙁 And I’m loving that you call them capsicums too – I thought that was an Australian thing!

  8. I may not.. okay will not.. be able to handle the heat of jalapeños, but I know Joshua would LOVE these! Guess I can always sub bell peppers for myself.

    MMM MMM MMM Shashi! I’ve never tried stuffing Jalapeños before, what a great idea – they always bring such a great flavour to a dish! Looove spicy food, so this is definitely my kind of recipe!

  12. These look and sound spectacular. My boys like it spicy so I know this would be a big hit with them. Baked instead of fried and delicious! Sustainability has become a growing topic here in HK or their lack of it… so glad to see a company is working towards this goal. Wishing you a super weekend!

  20. Hearty stuff, Shashi! I’ve never stuffed jalapenos, but having made few times tuna stuffed bell peppers, I know it’s delicious! Perhaps, I should give a try some hot stuff, hehe:)

    Dude! I love everything about this post, Shashi! I’ve never thought about stuffing jalapenos with tuna, but it sounds incredible. It’s like a tuna salad sandwich minus the bread. Leave it to you to replace bread with jalapenos! 🙂 Seriously, though, these sound incredible. I kinda wish I had some for breakfast this morning!

    I had no idea that seafood consumption was at its lowest. I guess it may be due to the increase of vegetarian and vegan in general ?

    I love the kick the seeds give..Painful, but good 🙂
