  1. Pancakes worth a mum-and-daughter fight?! These have to be good! How about pretending you hadn’t lost the fight but just being a selfless mum leaving the best for your daughter :)?!
I’m actually not a pancake person but your bowl of oatmeal really caught my eye. What’s in there? Topped with just the right amount of nut butter and chocolate chips it looks almost too naughty for breakfast. Almost. Because breakfast obviously just is another term for dessert time.

    1. Hehe – yes, I like your though process – yes, selfless was what I was being 😉
And breakfast IS another term for dessert! BRILLIANT!
The bowl of oats had oats cooked in almond milk, salt, cinnamon, vanilla protein powder, all topped with peanut butter and chocolate -in it.

  2. Love the idea of oatmeal pancakes, wonder if my blender will grind the oats fine enough so it becomes flour. Must try these they look fluffy and delicious.

      1. Well hopefully mine will do it, going to make these tomorrow. Have a very busy day and these will be a really good breakfast for me. Will let you know how I do.

      2. They turned out great, I used regular cows milk instead of almond milk because thats what I had, added some blueberries. YUM, delicious pancakes, actually prefer to those made with wheat flour. Great recipe will be using this over and over again. Want to adapt to make waffles too!

  3. First Amanda and now you. Dammit I really crave some pancakes, but it’s too much fuss in the morning for me and I bought all these interesting French foods to try, that I feel bad if I whip up something new before using them up… on the list, on the list. I hope I can make them for a weekend brinner!

  4. I also love oats. I try to add it into a lot of dishes… just learned it’s good in smoothies. 🙂 These pancakes look lovely! I shall have to make an extra large batch… my kids dual forks over who gets what all the time.

  5. Those are some of the fluffiest pancakes I’ve seen and it’s healthy, you did it again.

  6. There you go taunting me with that delicious bowl of oats again… and pancakes?! Girlllll… great minds definitely think alike! I’ve been loving my oat pancakes lately, although I’m usually making them for dinner because flipping takes too much coordination early in the morning.

Happy Monday, lovely lady! I hope your week is full of oaty, peanut buttery, and chocolatey goodness <3

    1. Hehe – I know what you mean! I have a confession though, sometimes I make extra pancakes so there are pancakes for the next morning and the next 🙂 Usually, this only happens in the summer, when I don’t need a bowl of oats to keep me warm in the morn.
Hope your week is off to a wonderful start <3
